At Federation Early Learning Services most staff members hold degrees in Early Childhood/ Elementary Education or are credentialed as Child Development Associates. Our management team has over 120 years of combined experience. Comprehensive staff development provides the most current thinking and techniques in the field.

A Childhood Development Specialist (licensed and registered occupational therapist) acts as a resource to staff and parents meeting individual needs of children and enriching our program.

The board of directors has raised over $1.5 million in the past 10 years for program expansion, staff development and capital improvements. Many of them hold leadership positions in the public and private sector.

All of this translates into stable relationships with children and professionally administered programs.
